About HistoryCrafters

Linda CoffinHistoryCrafters was founded in 2004 by Linda Coffin. Linda has been a graphic designer for over 25 years, and has been self-employed under the business name PageCrafters since 1989.

Linda recently went through the experience of sorting and emptying her elderly parents’ long-time home. She was already interested in family history and genealogy, but losing the family home, losing her father, and losing many stories that will never be recaptured was a defining moment. It gave Linda a mission to help preserve the stories of others.

Linda has given presentations and taught classes on: saving your family’s stories, organizing and preserving your family’s “stuff,” graphic design for writers, the history of Quakers in the Midwest, small business management, and word processing.
